Summary: | Provided are a high-density polyethylene tube, a joint, and a sealant, in which the deterioration due to external factors such as radiation is suppressed. The high-density polyethylene pipe (10), the joint, and the sealant comprise: an inner layer (1) mainly composed of high-density polyethylene having a density of 0.940 to 0.980 g/cm^3; a gas barrier film (2) covering the outer surface of the inner layer (1) and containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin; an anti-fusion film (3) covering the outer surface of the gas barrier film (2) and comprising a resin having a melting point of 150°C or higher; and an outer layer (4) covering the outer surface of the anti-fusion film (3) and mainly composed of low-density polyethylene having a density of 0.910 to 0.930 g/cm^3.
