Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing carbon nanotube which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a support comprising AlO(OH) by primary heat treatment of Al(OH)_3; manufacturing an active carrier by carrying a mixture comprising a main catalyst precursor and a co-catalyst precursor in the support; drying the active carrier through multistage drying including vacuum drying; preparing a carried catalyst by subjecting the dried active carrier to secondary heat treatment; and manufacturing a carbon nanotube under the presence of the carried catalyst. The carbon nanotube manufactured by the above-described method can significantly improve conductivity.
본 발명은 Al(OH)를 1차 열처리하여 AlO(OH)를 포함하는 지지체를 제조하는 단계; 주촉매 전구체 및 조촉매 전구체를 포함하는 혼합물을 상기 지지체에 담지하여 활성 담지체를 제조하는 단계; 진공 건조가 포함된 다단 건조를 통해, 상기 활성 담지체를 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조된 활성 담지체를 2차 열처리하여 담지 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 담지 촉매 존재 하에, 탄소나노튜브를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상술한 방법으로 제조된 탄소나노튜브는 도전성이 현저하게 개선될 수 있다. |
