Summary: | The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition, which is a food material and has no toxicity, thereby being able to be safely used and having an excellent effect of inhibiting inflammations, wherein the anti-inflammatory composition can be usefully used for preventing, inhibiting, treating, and alleviating symptoms of inflammatory diseases by further increasing the anti-inflammatory activity of broccoli. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases, which contains an extract of broccoli, heat-treated at 100 to 150°C, as an active component.
본 발명은 식품 소재로서 독성이 없어 안전하게 사용할 수 있으면서 염증을 억제하는 효능이 우수한 브로콜리의 항염증 활성을 더욱 증가시켜, 염증성 질환의 예방, 억제, 치료 및 증상 개선에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 항염증 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 100~150℃에서 열처리된 브로콜리의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. |
