Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing useful functional sugars containing manno-oligosaccharides and mannose from coffee grounds, and more specifically, a pre-treatment method for pre-treating coffee grounds to increase the yield by increasing enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency and a method for producing functional sugars from coffee ground-derived polysaccharides obtained by the method.
