Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing useful functional sugars containing manno-oligosaccharides and mannose from coffee grounds, and more specifically, a pre-treatment method for pre-treating coffee grounds to increase the yield by increasing enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency and a method for producing functional sugars from coffee ground-derived polysaccharides obtained by the method. 본 발명은 커피찌꺼기로부터 만노-올리고당과 만노스를 포함하는 유용한 기능성 당을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 효소가수분해 효율을 증가시켜 수율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 커피찌꺼기를 전처리하는 전처리방법 및 그 방법으로 얻어진 커피찌꺼기유래다당류로부터 기능성 당을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
