According to various embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a circuit element; a printed circuit board including a first connection pad connected to a ground of an electronic device, a second connection pad, and a third connection pad arranged between the first and second connection pads and connected to a signal terminal of the circuit element; and a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) including a coupling unit connected to the printed circuit board and a connection unit extended from the coupling unit. The FPCB includes: a first ground wire connected to the first connection pad, and extended from the coupling unit to the connection unit in a designated direction; a second ground wire connected to the second connection pad, and extended from the coupling unit to the connection unit in the designated direction; a signal wire connected to the third connection pad, and extended from the coupling unit to the connection unit in the designated direction in a state of being arranged between the first and second ground wires; and a third ground wire arranged in a direction opposite to the designated direction to surround the signal wire by being connected to the first and second ground wires in the coupling unit.
