Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for predicting a hair loss phenotype using single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP). An existing hair loss probability measurement method is much affected by a hair or health condition, an environmental factor and the like at a measurement moment to have high risk of deriving an incorrect evaluation result. However, if a personal hair tendency is measured by using SNP of a gene of each person, temporal and environmental error risk can be removed. To solve a problem of such existing technology, the present invention relates to a method for predicting a hair loss phenotype using SNP. The method for predicting a hair loss phenotype realizes diagnosis of correct hair tendency and hair loss functionality, thereby being largely used for medical and cosmetic fields. According to the present invention, the method comprises a feature index calculation step, a weighted feature index calculation step, an average feature index calculation step, and a phenotype determination step.
본 발명은 단일염기다형성을 이용한 탈모 표현형 예측 방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 탈모 가능성 측정법은 측정 순간의 모발 상태나 건강 상태, 또는 환경적 요인 등에 영향을 많이 받으므로, 잘못된 평가 결과를 도출할 위험이 높다. 그러나 개인별 유전자의 단일염기다형성을 분석하여 개인별 모발 성향을 측정한다면 일시적, 환경적 오류의 위험을 제거할 수 있다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 기술상의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 단일염기다형성을 이용한 탈모 표현형 예측 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 탈모 표현형 예측 방법은 정확한 개인별 모발 성향 및 탈모 가능성 진단을 가능하게 하므로, 의학 및 미용 분야에서 크게 이용될 것으로 기대된다. |
