A method for attaching a regulating blade made of a resin to an attachment unit of a developing frame made of a resin and including an attachment unit for attaching the regulating blade comprises the steps of: applying an adhesive to the attachment unit; applying a hardening accelerator to the regulating blade; and attaching the regulating blade to the attachment unit through the adhesive applied to the attachment unit and the hardening accelerator applied to the regulating blade.
