Summary:The present invention relates to a permanently attached UHF band RFID tag and a manufacturing method of the same. More specifically, the permanently attached UHF band RFID tag is attached on a tire surface during a tire manufacturing process in high temperature and high pressure environments to manage a tire manufacturing history from the beginning of production to product shipment, and has a tire mounted and operated on a vehicle to maintain the durability even in a rolling motion of the tire so that the chip damage to the tag and the tag omission are not generated. Accordingly, provided are the permanently attached UHF band RFID tag capable of RFID communication until the tire has reached the end of its life and the manufacturing of the same. 본 발명은 영구 부착형 UHF 대역 알에프아이디 타이어 태그 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고온, 고압의 환경의 타이어 제조공정 중에 타이어 표면에 부착되어 생산초기부터 제품 출하까지의 타이어 제조 이력 관리가 가능하고, 이후 타이어가 자동차에 장착되어 운용되면서 발생되는 타이어의 굴신운동에서도 내구성을 유지하여 태그의 칩 파손 및 타이어로부터 태그 탈락이 발생되지 않도록 할 수 있으며, 따라서 타이어의 수명이 다할 때까지 RFID 통신이 장애없이 가능한 영구 부착형 UHF 대역 알에프아이디 타이어 태그 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
