Disclosed are a bonding tool alignment device and a die bonding device including the same. The die bonding device comprises: a substrate stage for supporting a substrate; a bonding head disposed on an upper portion of the substrate stage and for bonding a die on the substrate; a bonding tool mounted on a lower surface of the bonding head using a vacuum pressure, and performing vacuum suction of the die; and a bonding tool alignment module for alignment of the bonding tool. The bonding tool alignment module includes: a tool floating unit supporting the bonding tool, and injecting air to a lower surface of the bonding tool to float the bonding tool; a tool guide member disposed on one side of the tool floating unit and having a reference surface for alignment of the bonding tool; and a pushing unit for pushing the bonding tool so that a side surface of the bonding tool floated by the tool floating unit is in close contact with the reference surface of the tool guide member. The bonding tool is mounted on the lower surface of the bonding head after the position is aligned by the bonding tool alignment module. 본딩 툴 정렬 장치와 이를 포함하는 다이 본딩 장치가 개시된다. 상기 다이 본딩 장치는, 기판을 지지하기 위한 기판 스테이지와, 상기 기판 스테이지의 상부에 배치되며 다이를 상기 기판 상에 본딩하기 위한 본딩 헤드와, 상기 본딩 헤드의 하부면에 진공압을 이용하여 장착되며 상기 다이를 진공 흡착하기 위한 본딩 툴과, 상기 본딩 툴의 정렬을 위한 본딩 툴 정렬 모듈을 포함한다. 상기 본딩 툴 정렬 모듈은, 상기 본딩 툴을 지지하되 상기 본딩 툴의 하부면으로 에어를 분사하여 상기 본딩 툴을 부상시키는 툴 부상 유닛과, 상기 툴 부상 유닛의 일측에 배치되며 상기 본딩 툴의 정렬을 위한 기준면을 갖는 툴 가이드 부재와, 상기 툴 부상 유닛에 의해 부상된 본딩 툴의 측면이 상기 툴 가이드 부재의 기준면에 밀착되도록 상기 본딩 툴을 밀어주는 푸싱 유닛을 포함한다. 상기 본딩 툴은 상기 본딩 툴 정렬 모듈에 의해 위치가 정렬된 후 상기 본딩 헤드의 하부면에 장착된다.
