Summary:The present invention relates to a continuous manufacturing method of high functional zinc pyridion using Taylor flow, comprising: (1) a first preparation step of preparing a sodium pyrithione solution and a zinc salt solution as raw materials of zinc pyrithione; (2) a second preparation step of introducing water as a buffer solution into a Couette-Taylor reactor and maintaining a temperature within a range of 70 to 110°C; (3) a reaction step of introducing the sodium pyrithione solution and the zinc salt solution into Taylor flow, followed by conducting a reaction; and (4) an extraction step for withdrawing a zinc pyrithione product produced in the Taylor flow. According to the present invention, there is an effect of reducing the manufacturing cost by proceeding to a continuous process. 본 발명은 테일러 유동을 이용한 고기능성 징크피리치온의 연속 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, (1) 징크피리치온의 원료로서 소듐피리치온 용액과 아연염 용액을 준비하는 제1 준비단계; (2) 쿠에트-테일러 반응기 내에 완충용액으로서 물을 투입하고, 70 내지 110℃의 범위 이내의 온도를 유지시키는 제2 준비단계; (3) 소듐피리치온 용액과 아연염 용액을 테일러 유동 내로 도입시켜 반응시키는 반응단계; 및 (4) 테일러 유동 내에서 생성된 징크피리치온 생성물을 인출하는 인출단계;를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
