The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and, more specifically, to an apparatus and method for transceiving data of a mobile terminal through near field communication (NFC). To this end, according to the present invention, the method for transceiving data between a mobile terminal and a target terminal includes the following steps of: activating a near field communication (NFC) module; transceiving NFC tag information with the target terminal through the activated NFC module; obtaining information for the configuration of wireless communication with the target terminal based on the NFC tag information, and executing an application; setting a channel for the wireless communication with the target terminal based on the obtained information; receiving data according to the current state of the target terminal from the target terminal based on the set channel; and executing the received data through the executed application. The set channel can be one among Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth, and ultra-wideband (UWB). 본 발명은 이동 단말에 관한 것으로서, 특히 NFC(near field communication)를 이용한 이동 단말의 데이터 송수신 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 이동 단말이 타겟 단말과 데이터를 송수신하는 방법에 있어서, NFC(Near Field Communication) 통신 모듈을 활성화하는 과정과, 상기 활성화된 NFC 통신 모듈을 통해서 상기 타겟 단말과 NFC 태그 정보를 송수신하는 과정과, 상기 NFC 태그 정보에 기반하여, 상기 타겟 단말과 무선 통신을 구성하기 위한 정보를 획득하고, 어플리케이션을 실행하는 과정과, 상기 획득된 정보에 기반하여, 상기 타겟 단말과 상기 무선 통신에 대한 채널을 설정하는 과정과, 상기 설정된 채널에 기반하여, 상기 타겟 단말의 현재 상태에 따른 데이터를 상기 타겟 단말로부터 수신하는 과정과, 상기 실행된 어플리케이션을 통해 상기 수신된 데이터를 실행하는 과정을 포함하며, 상기 설정된 채널은 WiFi, WiFi 다이렉트, WiFi 핫스팟, 블루투스, 또는 UWB(Ultra WideBand) 중 어느 하나일 수 있다.
