The present invention relates to an elastic rod for jumping equipment and, more specifically, to an elastic rod for jumping equipment which has an elastic body formed of elastic resilient materials placed therein to minimize damages by external friction and can be used in jumping equipment used for indoor exercises as well as outdoor exercises because of no noises generated when the elastic body is compressed or restored. The present invention comprises: an outer container which has a hollow piped interior, one end open and an accommodating space formed therein, and is provided with a plurality of external air ventilation holes communicating the accommodating space with the outside; a sliding body which is coupled to be able to enter the accommodating space of the outer container; and an elastic body which is placed in the accommodating space, is in contact with an end of one side in the sliding body and elastically supports the same. 본 발명은 점핑 기구용 탄력봉에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탄성복원력을 갖는 소재로 이루어진 탄력체가 내부에 배치되어 외부 마찰에 의한 손상을 최소화하며 상기 탄력체의 압축 및 복원시 발생하는 소음이 없기 때문에 실외 뿐만 아니라 실내에서 운동을 위해 사용하는 점핑 기구에도 사용이 가능한 점핑 기구용 탄력봉에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 내부가 빈 관체 형상으로 이루어지고 일단은 개구되며 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 상기 수용공간과 외부를 연통하는 다수개의 외기유통공이 형성된 외통과, 상기 외통의 수용공간으로 출입 가능하도록 결합하는 슬라이딩체와, 상기 수용공간에 배치되며 상기 슬라이딩체의 일측단부와 맞닿아 이를 탄성지지하는 탄력체를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
