Summary:The present invention provides a soft magnetic alloy or the like having a lower temperature of molten metal than a conventional technique and satisfactory soft electromagnetic properties. The soft magnetic alloy includes a composition represented by a composition formula (Fe_(1-(α+β))X1_αX2_β)_(1-(a+b+c+d+e+f+g))M_aTi_bB_cP_dSi_eS_fC_g. X1 is one or more selected from Co and Ni. X2 is one or more selected from Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Cu, Cr, Bi, N, O, and rare earth elements. M is one or more selected from Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W, and V. 0.02<=a+b<=0.14, 0.001<=b<=0.14, 0.02<c<=0.200, 0.01<=d<=0.15, 0<=e<=0.06, a>=0, f>=0, g>=0, a+b+c+d+e+f+g<1, α>=0, β>=0, and 0<=α+β<=0.5 are satisfied. The soft magnetic alloy has a nanohetero structure or a structure consisting of Fe-based nanocrystals. [과제] 용융 금속의 온도가 종래보다 낮아도 제작 가능하며, 양호한 연자기 특성을 가지는 연자성 합금 등을 제공한다. [해결 수단] 조성식 (FeX1X2)MTiBPSiSC로 표시되는 조성을 가지는 연자성 합금이다. X1은 Co 및 Ni로부터 선택되는 1종 이상, X2는 Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Cu, Cr, Bi, N, O 및 희토류 원소로부터 선택되는 1종 이상, M은 Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W 및 V로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다. 0.020≤a+b≤0.140, 0.001≤b≤0.140, 0.020<c≤0.200, 0.010≤d≤0.150, 0≤e≤0.060, a≥0, f≥0, g≥0, a+b+c+d+e+f+g<1, α≥0, β≥0, 0≤α+β≤0.50이다. 나노 헤테로 구조 또는 Fe기 나노 결정으로 이루어지는 구조를 가진다.
