Summary: | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an eel-mixed concentrate, to provide a concentrate beverage in which active ingredients of raw materials are harmoniously mixed with an eel component. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing an eel-mixed concentrate comprises the steps of: extracting an eel through hot water to acquire an eel extract, acquiring a first mixed extract through hot water or alcohol extraction of Linderaglauca B., black garlic, and leek, fermenting Lespedeza cuneata G. to acquire an extract of Lespedeza cuneata G., mixing raspberry and medicinal herbs, and extracting the mixture through hot water to acquire a second mixed extract; cooling the eel extract to separate solid and liquid and separate an oil component; mixing the eel extract, the first mixed extract, the extract of Lespedeza cuneata G., and the second mixed extract; concentrating the mixture of the eel extract, the first mixed extract, the extract of Lespedeza cuneata G., and the second mixed extract; and sterilizing the concentrated mixture of the eel extract, the first mixed extract, the extract of Lespedeza cuneata G., and the second mixed extract.
