Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing cut reconstituted tobaccos, the apparatus being based on a method in which: a perfuming solution is supplied on an initial reconstituted tobacco sheet by using a perfuming apparatus; a plurality of intermediate reconstituted tobacco sheets are manufactured by cutting the initial reconstituted tobacco sheet using a primary cutter; a plurality of reconstituted tobacco strands are manufactured by cutting the plurality of intermediate reconstituted tobacco sheets in the longitudinal direction using a plurality of secondary cutters; and a plurality of cut reconstituted tobaccos are manufactured by cutting the plurality of reconstituted tobacco strands in the transverse direction using a plurality of tertiary cutters. 가향기를 이용하여 초기 판상엽 시트 상에 가향액을 공급하고, 1차 절단기를 이용하여 초기 판상엽 시트를 절단함으로써 복수개의 중간 판상엽 시트를 제조하고, 복수개의 2차 절단기를 이용하여 복수개의 중간 판상엽 시트를 종방향으로 절단함으로써 복수개의 판상엽 가닥을 제조하며, 복수개의 3차 절단기를 이용하여 복수개의 판상엽 가닥을 횡방향으로 절단함으로써 복수개의 판상엽 각초를 제조하는 방법에 따른 판상엽 각초 제조 장치를 개시한다.
