Summary:The present invention relates to a method for merging a blood vessel fragment of the coronary arteries in a medical image performed by an image processing device, which is characterized by comprising: a step that a medical image including an X-ray image and a CT image is received; a step that a blood vessel fragment of the coronary arteries is extracted based on the X-ray image and the CT image; a step that the shape of the blood vessel of the coronary arteries is analyzed by using a blood vessel fragment of the coronary arteries which is individually extracted from the X-ray image and the CT image; and a step that the blood vessel of the coronary arteries is merged by using the analysis result. Therefore, according to the method for merging a blood vessel fragment in an X-RAY/CT image and a device thereof of an implementation of the present invention, the blood vessel fragment of the coronary arteries can be merged in an easier and more precise manner than a conventional method. Furthermore, according to the method for merging a blood vessel fragment in an X-RAY/CT image and the device thereof of an implementation of the present invention, a precise result can be deduced when the blood vessel fragment of the coronary arteries is merged and utilized in an actual clinical setting. 본 발명은 영상 처리 장치에 의해 수행되는 의료영상에서 관상동맥 혈관 조각을 병합하기 위한 방법으로써, X-ray 영상 및 CT 영상을 포함하는 의료영상을 수신하는 단계; 상기 X-ray 영상 및 상기 CT 영상을 기초로 관상동맥 혈관 조각을 추출하는 단계; 상기 X-ray 영상 및 상기 CT 영상에서 각각 추출된 관상동맥 혈관 조각을 이용하여 관상동맥 혈관의 형태를 분석하는 단계; 및상기 분석 결과를 이용하여 관상동맥 혈관을 병합하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 X-ray/CT 영상에서 혈관 조각 병합 방법 및 장치에 의하면 기존의 방법보다 관상동맥 혈관 조각을 보다 용이하고 정확하게 병합할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 X-ray/CT 영상에서 혈관 조각 병합 방법 및 장치에 의하면 관상동맥 혈관 조각 병합에 있어 실제 임상환경에서 활용될 수 있도록 정확한 결과를 도출하는 것이 가능하다.
