The present invention relates to a cooling system and method for a vehicle power meter. The cooling system comprises: a first cooling object and a first cooling water pump included in a first cooling water circulation path; a first three-way valve included in the first cooling water circulation path and forming a bypass path of the cooling water with respect to the first cooling object; a second cooling object and a second cooling water pump included in a second cooling water circulation path; a second three-way valve configured to make the first cooling water circulation path communicate with or blocked from the second cooling water circulation path according to an open/close state; a controller for adjusting the opening and closing state of the first three-way valve and the second three-way valve based on the temperature of the first cooling object. 제1 냉각수 순환 경로에 포함된 제1 냉각대상과 제1 냉각수 펌프; 상기 제1 냉각수 순환 경로에 포함되며 상기 제1 냉각대상에 대한 냉각수의 바이패스 경로를 형성하는 제1 3-웨이 밸브; 제2 냉각수 순환 경로에 포함된 제2 냉각대상과 제2 냉각수 펌프; 상기 제1 냉각수 순환 경로와 상기 제2 냉각수 순환 경로를 개폐 상태에 따라 상호 연통 또는 차단하는 제2 3-웨이 밸브; 상기 제1 냉각대상의 온도에 기반하여 상기 제1 3-웨이 밸브와 상기 제2 3-웨이 밸브의 개폐 상태를 조정하는 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
