Summary:The present invention relates to a medical photodynamic treatment device which comprises a needle part in which a needle having a tissue space part and an incision tube are mounted; a main body which is configured of an upper part and a lower part such that the needle part is mounted therein, and has a sliding groove on a lateral side; and a distance adjustment member for adjusting a working distance of the incision tube, thereby performing a biopsy function and a photodynamic treatment function. The needle is made of a transparent material. An end of the needle is shielded, and an optical fiber emitting laser light is buried in the needle in a sealed state not to be exposed to the outside. Therefore, the laser light generated from the optical fiber is emitted to the outside through the needle of the transparent material. According to the present invention, a tumor treatment effect can be maximized. 본 발명은 조직 공간부가 형성된 니들과 절개용 튜브가 장착되는 니들부와, 상기 니들부가 장착되도록 상하부로 구성되어 측면에 슬라이딩홈이 형성되는 본체, 및 상기 절개용 튜브의 작동거리를 조절하는 거리조절부재를 포함하여, 생검 기능과 광역학 치료 기능을 수행할 수 있는 의료용 광역학 치료 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 니들은 투명 재질로 이루어지고, 상기 니들의 단부는 차폐되어, 레이저 광을 조사하는 광 섬유가 상기 니들의 내부에 밀폐된 상태로 매설됨에 따라 외부로 노출되지 않으며, 상기 광 섬유에서 발생된 레이저 광은 투명 재질의 니들을 통해 외부로 조사된다.
