Summary:The present invention provides a seismic reinforcement device for a brick wall using a joint locking member and a joint fixing member and a construction method for a brick wall using the same, capable of preventing a crack of a brick wall in advance by integrally moving the brick wall with a support structure and suppressing damage and collapse of the brick wall when an earthquake occurs by effectively distributing a horizontal earthquake force applied to the brick wall to the support structure. According to the present invention, the seismic reinforcement device for a brick wall, which is to reinforce earthquake resistance of the brick wall supported by the support structure includes: an L-shaped spatula foam tie fixed by an anchor bolt installed after being constructed in the support structure or a plate-shaped spatula foam tie installed in advance before being constructed in the support structure; a pair of bidirectional tie bars transferring the horizontal earthquake force of the brick wall and rotation resistance to the plate-shaped spatula foam tie or the L-shaped spatula foam tie when the earthquake occurs as one end of the bidirectional tie bar is connected to the plate-shaped spatula foam tie or the L-shaped spatula at two points; the joint locking member forming a shear key by being attached to mortar on a joint of the brick wall and connected to the other end of the pair of bidirectional tie bars at the two points; a tie band coupling the pair of bidirectional tie bars to suppress deformation and separation of the pair of bidirectional tie bars due to the horizontal earthquake force generated in the brick wall when the earthquake occurs; and the joint fixing member improving a combining force between the adjacent bricks by being inserted into the joint locking member. 본 발명은 벽돌 벽체를 지지구조체와 일체로 거동할 수 있도록 하여 벽돌 벽체의 균열을 미연에 방지하고, 벽돌 벽체에 가해지는 수평지진력을 지지구조체에 효율적으로 분담시켜 지진도래시 벽돌 벽체의 파손 및 붕괴를 억제할 수 있도록 한 줄눈 록킹재와 줄눈 고정재를 통한 벽돌 벽체 내진보강 장치 및 이를 이용한 벽돌 벽체의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 줄눈 록킹재와 줄눈 고정재를 통한 벽돌 벽체 내진보강 장치는, 지지구조체에 지지되어 있는 벽돌 벽체를 내진 보강하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 지지구조체에 시공전 선설치된 판형 주걱폼 타이 또는 지지구조체에 시공 후 후설치되는 앵커볼트로 고정되는 L형 주걱폼 타이와; 일단이 판형 주걱폼 타이 또는 L형 주걱폼 타이에 2지점으로 연결되어 지진도래시 회전 저항과 벽돌 벽체의 수평지진력을 판형 주걱폼 타이 또는 L형 주걱폼 타이에 전달하는 한 쌍의 양방향 타이근과; 벽돌 벽체의 줄눈측 몰탈에 결합 부착되어 전단키를 형성하고, 한 쌍의 양방향 타이근의 타단에 2지점으로 연결되는 줄눈 록킹재와; 지진도래시 벽돌 벽체에 발생되는 수평지진력으로 인한 한 쌍의 양방향 타이근의 이탈 및 변형의 억제를 위해 한 쌍의 양방향 타이근을 결속시키는 타이밴드와; 줄눈 록킹재에 삽입되어 이웃한 벽돌간의 결합력을 높이는 줄눈 고정재;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
