Summary: | The present invention relates to an SCR reactor which is installed at a rear end of a turbo charger of an engine to remove nitrogen oxides (NOx) of exhaust gas of the engine. In particular, the present invention is configured to expand a contact area between the exhaust gas introduced into the SCR reactor and a catalyst, in other words, a catalyst front end flow sectional area, in order to reduce the flow speed of the exhaust gas conducting a catalytic reaction to improve a catalytic reactivity, while reducing the volume of the SCR reactor to miniaturize the same. To this end, the SCR reactor which removes the nitrogen oxides (NOx) of the exhaust gas of the engine according to the present invention comprises: a main body of which one side is provided with an inlet of the exhaust gas, and the other side is provided with an outlet of the exhaust gas; a plurality of catalyst layers which are located in a flow direction of the exhaust gas flowing from the inlet to the outlet, and located after facing each other while being spaced with a gap (G) to allow the exhaust gas to pass; and a guiding plate fixated at an upper end and a lower end of the plurality of catalyst layers located after facing each other to allow the exhaust gas, which flows through the gap (G), to pass through the catalyst layers.
본 발명은 엔진 터보차저(Turbo Charger)의 후단에 설치되어 엔진 배기가스의 질소산화물(NOx)을 제거하는 SCR반응기에 관한 것으로, 특히 SCR반응기로 유입된 배기가스와 촉매의 접촉면적 즉 촉매 전단 유동단면적을 확대시킴으로써 촉매반응하는 배기가스의 유속을 감소시켜 촉매반응성을 향상하며 더불어 SCR반응기의 체적을 감소시켜 소형화할 수 있게 구성한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 엔진 배기가스의 질소산화물(NOx)을 제거하는 SCR반응기로서, 일측에 배기가스의 유입구가 형성되고 타측에 배기가스의 배출구가 형성된 본체와, 유입구에서 배출구 쪽으로 유동하는 배기가스의 유동방향으로 위치하며 배기가스가 지나갈 수 있게 간격(G)을 두고 상호 마주하여 위치하는 복수의 촉매층과, 간격(G)으로 유동하는 배기가스가 촉매층을 통과하도록 마주하여 위치하는 복수의 촉매층의 상단과 하단에 고정된 유도판을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다. |
