Summary: | Disclosed are a method for managing a hospital customer using medical electronic medical record (EMR) data, and a management server for operating the same. In order to solve the problem, according to various embodiments of the present invention, the method for managing a hospital customer is to manage a customer of a hospital, and is performed by a computing system. The method comprises the steps of: automatically extracting diagnosis data from the EMR information collected at a hospital; and generating predicted medical service information for a hospital customer based on at least one of the diagnosis data and the hospital customer information.
