Summary:The present invention relates to, for a heat deformation test of a compound machine tool, a processing test method for compound machine tool heat deformation which manufactures a dedicated specimen for a heat deformation processing test according to a continuous operating condition and processes an actual specimen by applying all conditions of use to confirm and correct heating deformation that may occur by various operating conditions. The method comprises: a processing step of processing a part of a rectangular specimen in an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis direction; a set time operation step of operating for a set time after the processing step; and a set time pausing step of pausing for a set time after the processing step and the operating step are repeated a plurality of times. 본 발명은 복합공작기계의 열변형 시험을 위한 것으로서, 연속가동 조건에 따른 열변형 가공시험을 위한 전용 시편을 제작하고, 모든 사용조건을 적용하여 실제 시편을 가공함으로써 여러 사용조건에 의해 발생하는 복합공작기계의 열변형을 확인하고 보정할 수 있는 복합공작기계 열변형 가공시험 방법에 관한 것이다.
