Summary:The present invention provides a novel nanocrystal of a tripod shape comprising gold (Au) and copper (Cu). If a centrifugal separation method is used as a method for refining conventional nanocrystals, large nanocrystals (for example, 400 nm or higher) consisting of nanocrystals covered with a stabilizer are manufactured. However, the nanocrystal in accordance with the present invention can dissolve and remove a stabilizer by mixing a synthesized nanocrystal and an organic solvent in water to manufacture a nanocrystal having an average size of 200 nm or lower. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a nanocrystal does not require a separate seed and can manufacture a high-quality anisotropic Au-Cu nanocrystal by a simple refining method. Also, the nanocrystal can be applied to application fields related to plasmon measurement, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection, biomedicine, energy, and catalysts. 본 발명에 따른 나노결정은 금(Au) 및 구리(Cu)를 포함하는 트리포드(tripod) 형상의 신규한 나노결정을 제공할 수 있다. 종래 나노결정을 정제하기 위한 방법으로 원심분리법을 사용하는 경우, 안정화제로 덮인 나노결정으로 구성된 큰 크기의 나노결정(예를 들어, 400 nm 이상)을 제조하였으나, 본 발명에 따른 나노결정은 물에 합성된 나노결정과 유기용매를 혼합함으로써 안정화제를 용해하여 제거할 수 있어, 200 nm 이하의 평균 크기를 가지는 나노결정을 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 나노결정의 제조방법은 별도의 씨드(seed)가 필요없으며, 간단한 정제 방법을 통해 고품질의 이방성 Au-Cu 나노결정을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 나노결정은 플라즈몬 측정, 표면 증강 라만 분광학(SERS) 검출, 생체 의학, 에너지 및 촉매 관련 응용 분야에서 적용가능하다.
