Since various embodiments related to a fixing jig apparatus for fixing an object to be processed have been described, according to one embodiment, the fixing jig apparatus comprises: a fixing structure; a plurality of fixing units disposed by dividing based on the center of the fixing structure; a pressing unit disposed at the center of the fixing structure and configured to press the plurality of fixing units by linearly moving by a pressing apparatus; and a bending unit included on the fixing structure and configured to flex the plurality of fixing units by elasticity when the pressing unit presses the plurality of fixing units.
