Summary:The present invention relates to a method for extracting or purifying nucleic acids or various biological substances from a large volume sample; and a nucleic acid extraction system using the same. A magnet (11) is installed in the horizontal direction in order to expose the anode of the magnet (11) at the bottom of a magnet mounting rod (10). By using a cartridge (30) having a binding container (33) formed long to handle a large volume of samples, the magnet mounting rod (10) and a magnet cover (20) vertically move up and down, and the cartridge (30) horizontally moves back and forth to bind, or the cartridge (30) is fixed to bind the magnet mounting rod (10) and the magnet cover (20) by moving up and down and horizontally moving back and forth the same to facilitate the adsorption and eluting of magnetic beads. 본 발명은 대용량 샘플로부터 핵산 또는 다양한 생물학적 물질을 추출 또는 정제하기 위한 방법 및 이를 이용한 핵산추출시스템에 관한 것으로 자석취부봉(10) 하단에 자석(11)의 양극이 노출되도록 가로방향으로 자석(11)을 설치하고, 대용량의 샘플을 처리할 수 있도록 길게 형성된 바인딩(Binding) 용기(33)를 갖는 카트리지(30)를 이용하여 자석취부봉(10)과 자석커버(20)는 상하로 수직운동시키고 카트리지(30)는 앞뒤로 수평운동시키면서 바인딩(Binding)하도록 하거나 카트리지(30)는 고정된 상태에서 상기 자석취부봉(10)과 자석커버(20)를 상하 수직운동 및 전후 수평운동시켜 바인딩(Binding)하도록 하여 자성비드(Magnetic Bead)의 흡착과 일루팅(Eluting)이 용이하도록 카트리지(30)의 형상을 고안한 것을 특징으로 한다.
