Summary: | The present invention relates to a process and an apparatus for separating a feedstock including benzene, toluene and C8+ compounds. A toluene column (C10) is directly supplied with a C7+ fraction derived from the bottom of a stabilization column (C11) positioned at the down stream of an alkyl exchange reaction unit (P4). Also, a C7- fraction is withdrawn from an upper end of the toluene column (C10), a C8+ fraction is withdrawn from the bottom, and a benzene column (C9) receives the C7- fraction derived from the toluene column (C10). Also, essentially an aromatic fraction derived from an aromatic extraction unit (P1) is separately injected into the toluene column (C10) or into the benzene column (C9) other than the supply of the C7+ fraction.
본 발명은 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 C8+ 화합물들을 포함하는 공급원료를 분리하기 위한 프로세스 및 기기에 관한 것으로, 여기에서 톨루엔 칼럼 (C10) 은 알킬 교환 반응 유닛 (P4) 의 하류에 위치결정된 안정화 칼럼 (C11) 의 바닥으로부터 유발된 C7+ 유분을 직접 공급받고; C7- 유분은 톨루엔 칼럼 (C10) 의 상단에서 인출되고 C8+ 유분은 바닥에서 인출되고; 벤젠 칼럼 (C9) 은 톨루엔 칼럼 (C10) 으로부터 유발된 C7- 유분을 공급받고; 방향족 추출 유닛 (P1) 으로부터 유발된 본질적으로 방향족 유분은 C7+ 유분의 공급 위에 별도로 톨루엔 칼럼 (C10) 으로 주입되거나 벤젠 칼럼 (C9) 으로 주입된다. |
