In the structure of the chemical formula I: rings A, B, C, and D are each independently a pentacyclic or hexacyclic carbon ring or a heterocyclic ring; Z^1-Z^8 are each C or N; L_A has one or more Ir-C bonds; L is CR or N; and R^1, R^2, R^3, and R^4 are each independently hydrogen, or one of preferable normal substituents, wherein random two substituents may be connected or fused together to form a ring.
