Summary:The present invention relates to a liquid fertilizer manufacturing method using broken eggs. The present invention is to manufacture a liquid calcium fertilizer, including: a first step of crushing shells of broken eggs, filtering and dissolving the shells in citric acid or vinegar and putting the same with the yolk and egg white in a fermenter; and a second step of fermenting the mixture by mixing the same with a starter, a medium and a mineral component. The present invention is economical because broken eggs are recycled into liquid fertilizer or liquid feed, and people who do not digest eggs well can have good digestion and absorption. 본발명은 파손된 계란을 이용한 액상비료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 파손된 계란을 껍질째 넣고 분쇄를 한 후에 껍질은 걸러서 구연산이나 식초로 녹이고 난황과 난백을 함께 발효조에 넣는 1단계; 종균과 배지 그리고 미네랄 성분을 섞어서 발효시키는 2단계;를 포함하여 액상칼슘비료를 제조하는 것으로, 본발명은 파손된 계란을 액상비료 내지 액상사료로 재활용하므로 경제적이며, 계란을 잘 소화 시키지 못하는 사람도 소화 흡수가 잘되는 현저한 효과가 있다.
