The present invention relates to a method and a system for providing a home appliance installation service. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a better service by constructing a systematic installation system for a corresponding device when a customer purchases a home appliance. For example, disclosed is a method for providing a home appliance installation service. The method comprises: an application form registration step of allowing a management server to receive a customer application form for installation of a home appliance through a customer terminal when a customer completes the purchase of the home appliance; a courier allocation step of allowing the management server to transmit an allocation message to a courier terminal when the registration of the customer application form is completed; a courier response step of allowing the courier terminal to transmit a reply message for the allocation message to the management server, and allowing the management server to additionally input contact information of the courier to the customer application form and transmit the same to the customer terminal; an expense information providing step of allowing the courier terminal to input, to the management server, quotation information and additional expense information for installation of the home appliance, and allowing the management server to transmit the quotation information and the additional expense information to the customer terminal and the management server, respectively; an expense collecting step of collecting expenses from the customer by using the courier terminal according to the quotation information and the additional expense information when the installation of the home appliance is completed; and a fee payment step of allowing the courier terminal to pay, to the management server, an amount equal to a predetermined percentage of an amount deposited after the expense collecting step. 본 발명은 가전기기 설치 서비스 제공 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 고객의 가전기기 구매 시 해당 기기에 대한 체계적인 설치 체계를 구축하여 보다 나은 서비스를 제공하는데 있다. 일례로, 고객이 가전기기의 구매를 완료 시 관리서버가 상기 고객단말을 통해 가전기기의 설치를 위한 고객 신청서를 등록 받는 신청서등록 단계; 상기 고객 신청서의 등록 완료 시 상기 관리서버가 기사단말로 배정메시지를 전송하는 기사배정 단계; 상기 기사단말이 상기 관리서버로 상기 배정메시지에 대한 회신메시지를 전송하고, 상기 관리서버가 해당 기사의 연락처정보를 상기 고객 신청서에 추가 입력하여 고객단말로 전송하는 기사응답 단계; 상기 기사단말이 상기 관리서버로 가전기기의 설치를 위한 견적정보 및 추가비용정보를 입력하고, 상기 관리서버가 상기 견적정보 및 추가비용정보를 상기 고객단말 및 상기 관리서버로 각각 전송하는 비용정보제공 단계; 가전기기의 설치 완료 시 상기 견적정보 및 추가비용정보에 따라 상기 기사단말을 이용하여 고객으로부터 수금하는 비용수금 단계; 및 상기 비용 수금 단계 이후, 입금된 금액에 대한 일정 비율만큼의 금액을 상기 기사단말이 상기 관리서버로 납부하는 수수료납부 단계를 포함하는 가전기기 설치 서비스 제공 방법을 개시한다.
