The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article comprising the same, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of a base resin comprising: (A) 60 to 85 wt% of a polycarbonate resin having a hydroxyl group content of 15 to 50 mol%; (B) 6 to 25 wt% of an acrylic graft copolymer; and (C) 5 to 20 wt% of an aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide copolymer, (D) 0.1 to 0.7 parts by weight of an epoxy group-containing modifier and (E) 1 to 5 parts by weight of a crosslinking-type aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide copolymer. The present invention can provide the thermoplastic resin composition excellent in both light resistance and mechanical properties. (A) 말단의 수산화기(Hydroxyl group) 함유량이 15 몰% 내지 50 몰%인 폴리카보네이트 수지 60 중량% 내지 85 중량%, (B) 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체 6 중량% 내지 25 중량% 및 (C) 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐 공중합체 5 중량% 내지 20 중량%을 포함하는 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여, (D) 에폭시기(Epoxy group) 함유 개질제 0.1 중량부 내지 0.7 중량부 및 (E) 가교형 방향족 비닐-시안화 비닐 공중합체 1 중량부 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 성형품을 제공한다.
