Disclosed are a skin treating device and a treating method using a skin enhancer and plasma in the present invention. According to the present invention, the skin treating device comprises: an RF generating unit which generates RF power; a skin enhancer supply unit which supplies a skin enhancer aquatic solution; a gas supply unit which supplies gas for plasma generation; a control unit which controls operations of the RF generating unit and the skin enhancer supply unit; and a handpiece which includes a plasma electrode connected to the RF generating unit and a skin enhancer injecting unit connected to the skin enhancer supply unit. According to the present invention, the device coats a skin enhancer on a skin to be treated and supplies plasma to increase the skin permeation rate of various skin enhancers, thereby greatly improving treat effects and aesthetic effects. In addition, the present invention can supply the skin enhancers and perform plasma treatment at the same time by integrating the skin enhancer supply device and the plasma treating device into one device, thereby increasing convenience in use. 본 발명은 피부개선제와 플라즈마를 이용하는 피부치료장치와 치료방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 피부 치료 장치는, RF전원을 생성하는 RF발생부; 피부개선제 수용액을 공급하는 피부개선제공급부; 플라즈마 발생을 위한 가스를 공급하는 가스공급부; 상기 RF발생부와 상기 피부개선제공급부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부; 상기 RF발생부와 연결된 플라즈마전극 및 상기 피부개선제공급부와 연결된 피부개선제분사부를 구비하는 핸드피스를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 치료대상 피부에 피부개선제를 도포한 후에 플라즈마를 공급함으로써 각종 피부개선제의 피부 침투율을 보다 높일 수 있고 이를 통해 치료효과와 미용효과를 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 피부개선제공급장치와 플라즈마 치료장치를 별도로 사용하지 않고 하나의 장치로 통합하여 피부개선제공급과 플라즈마치료를 수행할 수 있으므로 사용편의성을 높일 수 있다.
