Summary: | A method for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell comprises the following steps of: preparing an electrolyte layer including ion conductive polymers and a hydrogen ion transfer channel formed as the ion conductive polymers are in three-dimensional contact; and permeating gas from one surface of the electrolyte layer to the other surface facing the one surface and lowering tortuosity of the hydrogen ion transfer channel. By permeating gas to the electrolyte layer, the ion transfer channel of the electrolyte layer is realigned.
연료 전지용 전해질막의 제조방법은, 이온 전도성 고분자, 및 상기 이온 전도성 고분자가 3차원적으로 접하여 형성되는 수소 이온 이동 채널(Channel)을 포함하는 전해질층을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 전해질층의 일면으로부터 상기 일면에 대향하는 타면 방향으로 기체를 투과(Permeation)시켜 상기 수소 이온 이동 채널의 굴곡도(Tortuosity)를 낮추는 단계를 포함한다. |
