The anion of the first additive is BF4 - or PF6 -, and the formula weight of the cation of the first additive is at least 100. Preferably, the present invention provides a semisolid electrolyte solution, a semisolid electrolyte, a semisolid electrolyte layer, and a secondary battery for which the amount of the first additive added to the mixed solvent is 1 to 20 wt% , and the first additive is NBu4PF6. It is thereby possible to suppress elution of the electrode current collector.
