Summary: | The present invention relates to a display device using a semiconductor light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same. A display device according to the present invention includes a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices, a first wiring electrode and a second wiring electrode respectively extended from the semiconductor light emitting devices to supply an electrical signal to the semiconductor light emitting devices; a plurality of pair electrodes disposed on the substrate and having a first electrode and a second electrode which generate an electric field when a current is supplied; a dielectric layer formed to cover the pair electrodes. The first wiring electrode and the second wiring electrode are formed on opposite sides of the plurality of pair electrodes based on the semiconductor light emitting devices. It is possible to realize high reliability in a large-screen display.
본 발명은 반도체 발광 소자를 이용한 디스플레이 장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 특히, 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는, 복수의 반도체 발광소자들과, 상기 반도체 발광소자들에 전기신호를 공급하도록 상기 반도체 발광소자들에서 각각 연장되는 제1배선전극 및 제2배선전극과, 상기 기판 상에서 배치되며, 전류가 공급되면 전기장을 생성하는 제1전극 및 제2전극을 구비하는 복수의 페어 전극들 및 상기 페어 전극들을 덮도록 형성되는 유전체층을 포함하고, 상기 제1배선전극과 제2배선전극은 상기 반도체 발광소자들을 기준으로 상기 복수의 페어 전극들의 반대측에 형성된다. |
