The present invention is to provide an electronic component capable of reducing acoustic noises above a certain level even with small layered capacitors. Provided is the electronic component comprising: a multilayer capacitor including a capacitor body and a pair of external electrodes individually formed at both ends in a first direction of the capacitor body; and an interposer including an interpose body having a glass fiber woven fabric formed by weaving glass fibers and a pair of external terminals respectively formed at both ends in the first direction of the interposer body.
