Disclosed are a biaxially stretched polypropylene film including a protective film used in construction, furniture, exterior decoration, surface finishing materials, etc., and a method for manufacturing patterned wood using the same. The biaxially stretched polypropylene film comprises: a lower basic material film (40) made of a resin selected from a group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, a polyethylene terephthalate resin and a mixture thereof; a printing layer (30) which is formed on the upper part of the lower basic material film (40), wherein patterns are printed; and the protective film (100) for protecting the printing layer (30). 건축, 가구, 외부 장식, 표면마감제등에 사용되는 보호필름을 포함한 이축연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름 및 이를 이용한 무늬목 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 수지로 이루어지는 하부기재필름(40); 상기 하부기재필름(40) 상부에 형성되며, 무늬가 인쇄되는 인쇄층(30); 및 상기 인쇄층(30)을 보호하기 위한 보호필름(100)을 포함하는 이축연신된 폴리프로필렌 필름을포함한다.
