Summary:The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and, more specifically, to an air-cooling intercooler, from among heat exchangers, for cooling, in an air-cooling manner, air compressed at high temperature and high pressure by means of a supercharger to increase the output of an engine. The heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of tubes of which both ends are connected to header tanks; inner fins provided between the tubes; and outer fins interposed between the tubes. Heights of the inner fins and the outer fins are formed such that cooling performance and the amount of dropping pressure of a heat exchange medium are satisfied even when the number of rows of the tubes is reduced to decrease a weight in a predetermined region of a core part, and thus the weight is reduced within a package of the heat exchanger, which is a provided space, such that the manufacturing costs of the heat exchanger can be reduced and, simultaneously, the cooling performance of the heat exchanger can be improved. 본 발명은 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 특히 열교환기 중 엔진의 출력을 높이기 위해 과급기에 의해 고온 및 고압으로 압축된 공기를 공랭식으로 냉각시킬 수 있는 공랭식 인터쿨러에 관한 것이며, 헤더탱크들에 양단이 연결된 복수개의 튜브, 튜브들 사이에 구비된 내부핀 및 튜브들 사이에 개재된 외부핀을 포함하여 이루어지는 열교환기에 있어서, 미리 정해진 코어부의 영역에서 중량을 줄이기 위해 튜브의 열 수를 감소시키더라도 냉각 성능 및 열교환매체의 압력 강하량을 만족시킬 수 있도록 내부핀 및 외부핀의 높이가 형성됨에 따라, 주어진 공간인 열교환기의 패키지 내에서 중량을 감소시켜 열교환기의 제조 원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 동시에 열교환기의 냉각 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 열교환기에 관한 것이다.
