The present invention relates to a functional mask manufacturing method and a mask thereof. The mask has outer shell left and right members having hook holes on the left and right sides formed of lycra having excellent flexibility. The outer left and right members are combined to form a mask and inner skin left and right members made of a non-woven fabric or the like formed to correspond to shapes of the outer skin left and right members are further configured therein. In addition, the mask is formed of lycra with excellent flexibility and can be worn freely regardless of the size of the nose, the mouth, and the like.
