The present invention relates to an Internet of things (IoT) device control system and method. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: capturing, by a user terminal, an actual space including one or more IoT devices; registering at least one of a position and a posture of the user terminal with an IoT device selected by a user when capturing an image; displaying a control screen for the selected IoT device if the user terminal satisfies a condition determined by using at least one of a position and a posture of the registered user terminal matching the selected IoT device; and controlling the selected IoT device according to a user input through the control screen. According to the present invention, the user can conveniently identify and control a control target IoT device by using virtual reality and augmented reality. 본 발명은 IoT 디바이스 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방법은 사용자 단말이 하나 이상의 IoT 디바이스를 포함하는 실제 공간을 촬영하는 단계, 영상을 촬영할 때 사용자 단말의 위치 및 자세 중 적어도 하나를 사용자로부터 선택된 IoT 디바이스에 매칭하여 등록하는 단계, 선택된 IoT 디바이스에 매칭하여 등록된 사용자 단말의 위치 및 자세 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 정해지는 조건을 사용자 단말이 만족하면, 선택된 IoT 디바이스에 대한 제어 화면을 표시하는 단계, 그리고 제어 화면을 통한 사용자 입력에 따라 선택된 IoT 디바이스를 제어하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 가상 현실과 증강 현실을 이용하여 사용자가 편리하게 제어대상 IoT 디바이스를 확인하고 제어할 수 있다.
