Summary:The present invention provides a water treatment method capable of reducing water treatment facilities and occupied space by significantly simplifying a water (mineral water)-producing process by water treatment using plasma and nanobubbles, having excellent utility and cost effectiveness by significantly reducing treatment time, improving water quality without using chemicals, removing odor and non-degradable contaminants, having excellent efficiency for sterilization of various harmful bacteria, heavy metals, pathogenic microorganisms, and the like, and producing high functional drinking water containing hydrogen (oxygen) by inputting hydrogen (oxygen) into nanobubbles. The water treatment method comprises the following steps of: filtering impurities from water to be treated of a water collecting well through a sand filter; circulating the water to be treated, which is transferred to a main treatment tank, through a plasma reactor, oxidizing, precipitating, and sterilizing contaminants by a plasma reaction; passing the water to be treated, which is treated in the main treatment tank, through a functional filter to adjust a PH concentration, removing residual fine materials, and sending the water to be treated to an advanced treatment tank having a nanobubble generator; generating nanobubbles using the nanobubble generator in the advanced treatment tank to oxidize and decompose organic matters from the water to be treated; supplying hydrogen (oxygen) to the water to be treated, which is treated with the nanobubbles, with a hydrogen (oxygen) input device, and inputting hydrogen (oxygen) into the nanobubbles to produce drinking water; and bottle the produced drinking water. 본 발명은 플라즈마와 나노버블을 이용한 수처리에 의해 먹는 물(생수) 생산 공정을 대폭 단순화함으로써 수처리 설비를 축소하고 점유 공간을 감소시킬 수 있음은 물론, 처리시간을 대폭 단축시켜 비용대비 효용성이 매우 뛰어나고, 또한 화학 약품을 전혀 사용하지 않고도 수질을 개선할 수 있으며, 악취 및 난분해성 오염물질 제거는 물론 각종 유해 세균과 중금속, 병원성 미생물 등의 살균 및 멸균에 효율성이 뛰어나며, 나노버블 속에 수(산)소를 투입시켜 수(산)소를 함유하는 고기능성 먹는 물을 생산할 수 있는 수처리 방법을 제공한다. 수처리 방법은, 취수정의 처리수를 샌드필터를 통해 불순물을 걸러내고, 주처리조로 보내진 처리수를 플라즈마 리액터에 순환시켜 플라즈마 반응에 의해 오염물질을 산화, 침전 및 살균처리하고, 주처리조에서 처리된 처리수를 기능성 필터에 통과시켜 ph 농도를 조절하고 잔여 미세 물질을 제거한 후 나노버블 발생기가 구비된 고도처리조에 보내며, 고도처리조에서 나노버블 발생기로 나노버블을 발생하여 처리수에서 유기물을 산화 및 분해처리하고, 나노버블 처리된 처리수에 수(산)소 투입기로 수(산)소를 공급하고 나노버블 속에 수(산)소를 투입하여 먹는 물을 생산하고, 생산된 먹는 물을 보틀링하여 이루어진다.
