Disclosed are a method and a device for manufacturing a wax model which is used in a precision casting process and includes a core. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the wax model including the core for precision casting comprises: a rubber mold manufacturing step of manufacturing a rubber mold made of a rubber material and having a wax model molding space corresponding to a shape of a target object therein; a core manufacturing step of manufacturing a core using a three-dimensional printing equipment; a wax injection step of injecting molten wax after fixing the core manufactured in the core manufacturing step to a designated location inside the rubber mold manufactured in the rubber mold manufacturing step; and wax model extraction step of extracting the wax model with the core inserted in the rubber mold when the wax is solidified. 정밀주조 공정에 사용되고 코어를 포함하는 왁스 모델을 제작하기 위한 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 정밀주조용 코어를 포함하는 왁스 모델 제작 방법은, 러버 재질로 구성되고 내부에 대상 물체의 형상에 대응되는 왁스 모델 성형공간을 갖춘 러버 몰드를 제작하는 러버 몰드 제작단계, 3차원 프린팅 장비를 이용하여 코어를 제작하는 코어 제작단계, 러버 몰드 제작단계에서 제작된 러버 몰드 내부의 지정된 위치에 상기 코어 제작단계에서 제작된 코어를 고정한 후 용융 왁스를 주입하는 왁스 주입단계 및 왁스가 응고되면 러버 몰드에서 코어가 삽입된 왁스 모델을 추출하는 왁스 모델 추출단계를 포함하는 것을 요지로 한다.
