The present invention relates to a method for preventing sports injuries using useful genetic markers capable of predicting sports injuries, in order to predict the genetic sensitivity or resistance to sports injuries in advance by using a single nucleotide variant polymorphism present in a specific gene as a genetic marker, which is applied to a personalized exercise program for the selection of elite prospects or prevention of sports injuries. The present invention relates to a composition to predict sports injuries, including any one or more of an AA genotype constituting the rs#970547 polymorphism (SNP) of the COL12A1 gene, a GG genotype constituting the rs#679620 SNP of the MMP3 gene, and a CC genotype constituting the rs#1800955 SNP of the DRD4 gene. 본 발명은 스포츠 상해에 대한 유전적인 민감성이나 저항성 여부를 특정 유전자에 존재하는 단일염기 변이 다형성을 유전자 표지로 사용하여 사전에 예측하고, 이를 엘리트 유망주의 선발이나 스포츠 상해를 예방하기 위한 개인별 맞춤 운동 프로그램에 적용하기 위한 스포츠 상해를 예측할 수 있는 유용한 유전자 표지를 이용한 스포츠 상해 예방 방법에 관한 것으로서, COL12A1 유전자의 rs#970547 다형성(SNP)를 구성하는 AA 유전자형, MMP3 유전자의 rs#679620 SNP를 구성하는 GG 유전자형 및 DRD4 유전자의 rs#1800955 SNP를 구성하는 CC 유전자형 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 스포츠 상해를 예측하기 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다.
