Summary:The present invention relates to a silicone rubber composition and a cured product thereof. The silicone rubber composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of silicone rubber, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a curing agent, 20-40 parts by weight of a fire-resistant agent, 3-7 parts by weight of a flame retardant, and 0.15-0.75 parts by weight of a fire-resistant aid, wherein the silicone rubber includes a silica reinforcing agent, the fire-resistant agent includes wollastonite, and the flame-retardant includes black iron oxide. The present invention provides a cured product of silicone rubber, capable of preventing the silicone rubber from being easily fired in an initial combustion environment, and preventing heat diffusion and suppressing oxygen supply by making the silicone rubber into ceramics even in a continuous combustion environment and supporting the same. Particularly, the cured product of the present invention is mounted on a door gap, passage, and pipe in construction and shipbuilding industries to block flame and smoke and perform a role of flame interruption and prevention of heat dissipation, thereby being used for a fire door of a building fireproof section or a fire shutter, a joint portion in a building, and a building penetration portion requiring fireproof characteristics. In particular, the cured product is suitable for a fire-resistant gasket applied to a fire door by complying with domestic and outside standards, such as required performance as a fire door gasket, for example, fire resistance performance (1200°C, 2 hours), heat dissipation rate, gas harmfulness, T-VOC, formaldehyde and toluene inspection, and the like. 본 발명은 실리콘 고무 조성물 및 그 경화물에 관한 것으로, 실리콘 고무 100 중량부에 대하여, 경화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부, 내화제 20 내지 40 중량부, 난연제 3 내지 7 중량부, 및 내화 보조제 0.15 내지 0.75 중량부를 포함하고, 실리콘 고무는 실리카 보강제를 포함하는 것이고, 내화제는 규회석을 포함하며, 난연제는 블랙산화철을 포함하는 실리콘 고무 조성물로, 이는 초기 연소 환경에서 실리콘 고무에 쉽게 불이 붙지 않도록 할 수 있고, 지속된 연소 환경에서도 실리콘 고무가 세라믹화하여 지지되므로 열 확산을 차단하고 산소 공급을 억제할 수 있는 실리콘 고무의 경화물을 제공할 수 있으며, 특히 이러한 경화물은 건설 및 조선산업 분야에서 문 틈, 통로, 배관에 장착되어 화염과 연기를 막아주고 차염 및 열 방출을 차단하는 역할을 하므로, 건축 방화구획의 방화문 또는 방화셔터, 건축내 이음부분, 방화특성이 요구되는 건축 관통부에 사용될 수 있으며, 특히 방화문 가스켓으로의 요구성능, 일예로 내화 성능(1200 ℃, 2시간), 열방출률, 가스유해성 및 T-VOC, 포름알데하이드, 톨루엔 검사 등 국내·외 규격에 부합되어 방화문에 적용하는 내화 가스켓으로 적합하다.
