The present invention relates to a foam injection molding device and a method thereof. The foam injection molding device connects a fixed mold and a first movable mold with a fine mold opening control mechanism for foaming fine mold opening, and connects the first movable mold and a second movable mold using fine mold opening induction mechanism for absorbing the distribution of injection molding machine to alleviate quality problems caused by the distribution of fine mold opening distance according to the condition of the injection molding machine. 본 발명은 발포용 미세형개를 위한 미세형개제어기구로 고정금형과 제1가동금형을 연결하고, 사출기의 산포 흡수용 형개를 위한 미세형개유도기구로 제1가동금형과 제2가동금형을 연결하여 사출기의 컨디션에 따라 미세 형개 거리가 산포 되어 생기는 품질 문제를 개선한 발포 사출 성형장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
