Summary: | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a graphene fiber containing metal nanoparticles, which comprises the steps of: a) forming a gel fiber by wet-spinning graphene oxide dispersion into a coagulation bath containing a metal ion selected from a group consisting of copper (Cu) ions, silver (Ag) ions, gold (Au) ions, and aluminum (Al) ions; b) drying the formed gel fiber to manufacture a graphene oxide fiber containing metal oxides; and c) treating the dried gel fiber with a chemical reducing agent to reduce metal oxides and graphene oxides. The manufactured graphene fiber can be usefully used for gas detection and/or temperature detection sensors.
본 발명은 a) 그래핀산화물 분산액을 구리(Cu) 이온, 은(Ag) 이온, 금(Au) 이온, 알루미늄(Al) 이온으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속 이온을 포함하는 응고욕에 습식 방사시켜 겔 섬유를 형성하는 단계; b) 상기 형성된 겔 섬유를 건조시켜 금속산화물이 함유된 그래핀산화물 섬유를 제조하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 건조된 겔 섬유를 화학적 환원제로 처리하여 금속산화물 및 그래핀산화물을 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는, 금속 나노입자가 함유된 그래핀 섬유의 제조 방법을 제공하며, 상기 제조된 그래핀 섬유는 기체 감지 및/또는 온도 감지 센서에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. |
