The electronic apparatus can transmit reference information detected from a first external device to a second external device, receive first cryptographic information generated based on the reference information from the second external device, and provide the first cryptographic information to the first external device so that the first external device controls a locking device based on the first cryptographic information. 다양한 실시예들에 따른 전자 장치 및 그의 동작 방법은, 제 1 외부 장치로부터 검출되는 참조 정보를 제 2 외부 장치로 전송하고, 제 2 외부 장치로부터 참조 정보에 기반하여 생성되는 제 1 암호 정보를 수신하고, 제 1 외부 장치가 제 1 암호 정보에 기반하여 잠금 장치를 제어하도록, 제 1 외부 장치에 제 1 암호 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
