The present invention provides an apparatus for testing and evaluating a hopper for transplanting and sowing machines. The apparatus comprises: a fixed frame; a vertical frame extended to cross the fixed frame; a moving frame connected to the vertical frame to be rotated by a prescribed angle via a rotary pin; an edge fixing jig positioned at one point of a lower surface of the moving frame while an edge to be tested and evaluated is fixed thereon; a load adding jig connected to a load cell to measure a compressive load of the edge descending repeatedly while being positioned on the fixed frame to correspond to the position of the edge fixing jig; a rotary roller positioned on a lower end of the moving frame, separated from the edge fixing jig by a prescribed distance in a horizontal direction, and coupled to be rotated via a support part; a cam to come in contact with the rotary roller and rotate eccentrically with respect to a motor; and a load adding spring unit connected to the moving frame and the vertical frame to transfer a restoring force of a spring to the moving frame to lower the edge to adjust an impact load level by a collision with the load adding jig. 이식 및 파종기용 호퍼 시험평가장치가 소개된다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 고정프레임과 상기 고정프레임에 교차하게 연장된 수직프레임; 상기 수직프레임과 회전핀을 매개로 소정각도로 회전가능하게 연결된 이동프레임; 시험 평가 대상인 삽날이 고정된 채 상기 이동프레임의 하부면 일지점에 위치하는 삽날고정지그; 상기 삽날고정지그의 위치에 대응되도록 상기 고정프레임에 위치한 채 반복적으로 하강하는 상기 삽날의 압축하중을 측정할 수 있도록 로드셀에 연결된 하중부가지그; 상기 삽날고정지그로부터 수평 방향으로 소정 간격만큼 상기 이동프레임의 하단에 위치하되 지지구를 매개로 회전가능하게 결합된 회전롤러; 상기 회전롤러와 접촉하면서 회전하되 모터에 대해 편심 회전하는 캠; 및 스프링의 복원력이 상기 이동프레임에 전달되어 상기 삽날이 하강하여 상기 하중부가지그와의 충격에 의한 충격하중크기가 조절되도록 상기 이동프레임과 상기 수직프레임에 연결된 하중부가스프링부를 포함한다.
