전자파 검출 장치(10)는 전환부(16)와 제 1 검출부(19)와 제 2 검출부(20)를 가진다. 전환부(16)는 복수의 화소(px)가 배치된 작용면(as)을 가지고 있다. 전환부(16)는 화소(px)마다 제 1 상태와 제 2 상태로 전환 가능하다. 제 1 상태에서는 작용면(as)에 입사하는 전자파를 제 1 방향(d1)으로 진행시킨다. 제 2 상태에서는 작용면(as)에 입사하는 전자파를 제 2 방향(d2)으로 진행시킨다. 제 1 검출부(19)는 제 1 방향(d1)으로 진행한 전자파를 검출한다. 제 2 검출부(20)는 제 2 방향(d2)으로 진행한 전자파를 검출한다.
