According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cultivation tank for multistage hydroponic cultivation includes: a bed which has a drainage channel formed in the center thereof in a longitudinal direction, is connected longitudinally to fit the length of a greenhouse, has a wing unit formed to be symmetrical in left and right sides to attract crop fruits, and has an open upper part; an eco-bag which is seated on the drainage channel and comprises a bottom surface with drainage holes formed in a horizontal direction by regular intervals, left and right sidewalls extended to be foldable at the bottom edge and having through holes for planting crops, and a cover extended to be foldable in the sidewall edge; and a plate-shaped medium which is accommodated in the eco bag and in which crops are planted though the through hole.
